Musical Santa Hat

A musical Santa hat for Santacon 2012 and other Christmas festivities.

I used more powerful, and heavier speakers this time around and it was worth it. The cheek speakers didn't work too well though. Here's the how-to guide in pictures.

Party Hat

This is my most recent party hat, the Party Hat. Speakers at the base of the tubes make runs more interesting, EL wires add illumination and the top panel changes out to vary the theme.

I had the good fortune to participate as  a member of HBO's Game of Thrones Team at the Ragnar Relay held in Cape Cod in 2012. I couldn't resist making this hat for the event. Here are the instructions.
