Party Hat

This is my most recent party hat, the Party Hat. Speakers at the base of the tubes make runs more interesting, EL wires add illumination and the top panel changes out to vary the theme.

I had the good fortune to participate as  a member of HBO's Game of Thrones Team at the Ragnar Relay held in Cape Cod in 2012. I couldn't resist making this hat for the event. Here are the instructions.
